REFUNDS AND RETURNS – UNWANTED GOODS
If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will refund the full order value.
PETARDIMANIA will offer a refund, minus postage costs, within 14 days. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the goods to us in their original packaging, undamaged, and to cover both delivery and return costs.
Please note that we cannot refund or exchange unwanted items if the product has been used or if the original packaging has been broken.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS
Faulty or incorrect goods should be reported to our Customer Service Department as soon as possible via the Contact Us page. However, we allow up to 7 days for you to inform us if you require an exchange.
PETARDIMANIA offers a 30-day replacement policy on all faulty products.
Please provide a full description of the fault and return the item in its original box for a replacement. All returned products will be tested. If they are found not to be faulty, they will be returned to you at your expense.
CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will refund your card in full.
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours for a refund, unless it has already been shipped.
However, if your parcel has already been dispatched, you will be charged for the cost of shipping. Your refund will not be processed until the parcel has been returned to us. Please note that we operate on a same-day dispatch system, so to avoid postage charges and delays, you should inform us of your cancellation on the same day the order is placed—before 1 p.m.
REFUNDS
A refund cannot be issued until we receive the goods in question.
Under the European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation.
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned products at our head office.
I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG FIREWORKS / PRODUCTS
Unfortunately, our picking staff can occasionally make mistakes, and customers may receive the wrong fireworks or products.
If this happens, please contact us directly and quote your order number.
You can contact us by phone or email using the Contact page.
We may ask you to send pictures of the fireworks or products you have received so we can verify what you have and what is missing.
Our staff will do their utmost to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER / CUSTOMS CONFISCATED MY ITEMS
In rare cases (around 1%), your package may be delayed or stopped due to a customs inspection.
If we confirm that your order has been confiscated or is missing, we will issue a full refund immediately.
Our products can be legally shipped, and you will not face any issues or legal trouble in your country — we take full responsibility.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM (DAMAGED GOODS)
If you have received damaged fireworks, do not ignite them.
Contact us immediately and send photos showing where the fireworks are damaged.
We will provide you with an email address where you can send the images directly for investigation. One of our staff members will assist you with replacement fireworks as soon as possible.
Replacements are at our discretion and depend on the extent of the damage.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM (UNWANTED GOODS)
If you are returning an unwanted item, please make sure it is in its original box.
Include a note with your details, order number, and reason for return. Please also state whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
We recommend that you use an ADR-approved courier, as we cannot be held responsible for any parcel lost in transit.
Postage costs for returning unwanted goods are the responsibility of the customer.
